Should I get a fully electric Volvo, a plug-in hybrid, or a mild hybrid?+
It depends on how far you drive and where you can plug in. Tell me your daily mileage, your longest regular trip and whether you have a garage or driveway, and I'll tell you which one I'd actually recommend for you.
What if the Volvo I want isn't on the lot?+
Then we order it. I'll walk you through a factory custom order so you choose the model, trim, color and options yourself, and I'll keep you posted on where it is along the way.
Can I do this online instead of coming in?+
Yes. We have online buying tools, and you can handle as much of the process from home as you'd like. Most people still come in to drive the car, which I'd encourage, but that's up to you.
Can I confirm a car is still available before I drive over?+
Please do. Send me the car you're looking at and I'll confirm it's here and have it ready before you make the trip from Everett, Edmonds, Shoreline or wherever you're coming from.
What does Certified by Volvo mean?+
It's Volvo's own pre-owned program, with inspection and coverage standards set by Volvo rather than by us. I'll go through exactly what's included on any certified car you're considering.
Where can I get my Volvo serviced after I buy it?+
Right here in Lynnwood. We have service and parts centers on site, including technicians who work specifically on electric Volvos, plus a Volvo Certified Collision facility.
How do I get a home charger installed?+
